Target Environments

Zeligsoft CE™ supports software development targeting all layers in a system. Developers can write code ‘close-to-the-hardware’ running on Digital Signal Processors (DSPs) or can write code that runs on a symmetric or asymmetric multi-processing RTOS on powerful multi-core General Purpose Processors (GPPs). To enable all this, Zeligsoft CE uses very expressive and customizable modeling and code generation technology that can be easily extended to include new environments.

Digital Signal Processors
Zeligsoft CE supports Texas Instruments' C64x+ series of system-on-chip processors, including  telecom wireless infrastructure chips such as the TCI648x, as well as digital media chips such as the DaVinci series of processors. Zeligsoft supports TI DSP/BIOS as well as OSEck as an RTOS on these processors.

General Purpose Processors
Zeligsoft supports popular multi- and single-core general purpose processors such as the PowerPC and PowerQUICC, the Intel X86 series, and many others.

Operating Systems
Zeligsoft supports the major commercial, as well as open source Real Time Operating Systems, including Green Hills Software INTEGRITY, Wind River VxWorks, and Carrier Grade Linux.

Middleware
Zeligsoft CE supports, but does not require middleware. CORBA support is available and we also support our customer’s in-house (proprietary) middleware.
