Dedicated presence in the United Kingdom and France established to service growing customer base and develop new markets

Denver, CO, November 5, 2007 — At the 2007 Software Defined Radio Technical Conference and Product Exposition, Zeligsoft™, a leading vendor of software development tools to the embedded computing industry, today announced the expansion of its European operations to include local presences in the United Kingdom and France. This expansion, a strategic initiative under Zeligsoft’s growth plan, will enable Zeligsoft to further grow its leadership in the Software Defined Radio (SDR) tools business and expand its product offering and services to meet the specific needs of Europe’s leading telecommunications, wireless and defense/aerospace equipment makers.

Zeligsoft’s European-based customers include leading defense and communications companies in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, Finland, Germany, Norway, Sweden and Turkey. Through the use of Zeligsoft’s suite of development tools and services, these leading organizations have successfully introduced the industry’s first SDR systems. With a steadily growing Pan-European customer base, Zeligsoft’s local presence will ensure that the market continues to be fully served and supported from both a commercial and technical perspective.

Zeligsoft has maintained a leading position in the worldwide SDR tool market since inception, with an ever growing customer base in North America, Asia and Europe. As such, Zeligsoft has been intimately involved with the international engineering community as it evaluated and embraced SDR and the military standards — like the US DoD’s Software Communications Architecture (SCA) — that specify rules on how to develop, deploy and configure SDRs. With Pan-European agencies such as the European Defence Agency (EDA) and the European Union (EU) now coordinating multi-country programs, Zeligsoft’s personnel in the UK and France will be deployed to provide committed technical and commercial support to these projects.

Zeligsoft’s expanded European operations are also strategic to Zeligsoft’s entry into the market for software development tools for multicore, multiprocessor and SoC architectures. After successfully solving customer problems in the company’s first vertical market — SDR used for interoperable military communications systems — Zeligsoft is now targeting a broader group of embedded systems makers, including defense, aerospace and telecommunications equipment providers, with an environment developed specifically for the complex, heterogeneous multiprocessor systems that are prevalent in defense command and control systems, IP routers, telecom switches and wireless infrastructure and handsets.

Zeligsoft’s software development environment for multicore and multiprocessor systems will play a key role in enabling these equipment makers to successfully utilize the most advanced platforms, and Zeligsoft’s dedicated presence in Europe will ensure European providers are completely serviced.
