ITAR Zeligsoft Inc. is a participant under the Canadian Controlled Goods Directorate's Controlled Goods Program. This program certifies Canadian defense companies to be authorized to receive exemption from restriction on transfer of goods and technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Through its participation in this program, Zeligsoft is able to receive in Canada any information, technology, technical data or products that are available for use domestically by US defense companies.
