Board of Directors Dave Longbottom (Chairman) Prior to joining Chrysalis, he helped SpeechFront, a speech recognition application company, raise financing, and develop their go-to-market strategy. SpeechFront completed a successful acquisition transaction with Nuance (NASDAQ: NUAN) after only 6 months of operation. Between 1995 and 2000, Dave helped to build and grow ObjecTime, a maker of advanced software development tools, serving first as Vice-President, Sales and Marketing, and ultimately COO. ObjecTime completed a successful combination with market gorilla Rational Software (NASDAQ: RATL, now IBM) in early 2000. Prior to this, he held positions of increasing scope and responsibility at BNR/Nortel across a range of functions including software development, product management, marketing and sales. Francis Bordeleau, Ph.D. (Founder, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, Product Strategy) Prior to founding Zeligsoft, Francis was an Assistant Professor at Carleton University where he focused his research on Model Driven Development (MDD) and advanced software engineering tools and techniques. He has over 15 years experience with MDD, software engineering and software-defined radio systems, working, consulting and collaborating with numerous companies, including Rational Software, Mercury Computer Systems, Nortel, CML Technology and Versatel Networks. Francis holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Montreal, a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Quebec, and a Master in Computer Science and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. Ross MacLeod (President and Chief Executive Officer) During his distinguished career Ross has performed a variety of executive and senior management functions in R&D, operations and product and business management and has been responsible for leading global operations and R&D efforts in Europe, Asia and North America. While with Nortel, he was responsible for the company’s main product R&D lab in China, the former Computing Research Lab in Ottawa, Canada, and managed the multinational wireless 3G R&D program from Nortel’s lab outside Paris, France. Ross is a graduate of Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
Vincent Déry Since joining the Fonds régional de solidarité Outaouais FTQ in January 2007 as a portfolio manager, Vincent has been appointed to the Board of Directors of several companies and is actively engaged in the economic development of the Outaouais. In 1992, Jim co-founded ObjecTime Limited. As President and CEO he led ObjecTime to become a world-leader in real-time and embedded software development tools. ObjecTime Limited was acquired by Rational Software (Now IBM) in 2000. Jim spent the next two years as a Senior Vice President at Rational managing four of the business units. Jim holds a B.Eng. in electrical engineering and began his career at Bell-Northern Research, specializing in distributed control system software design, methods, and tools. Philippe P. Huneault In the past, Philippe has worked primarily in the international telecommunications industry. From 1996 to 2004 he was Vice-President, Business Opportunity Development with TIW, where he was mainly responsible for developing opportunities in Central and Eastern Europe, particularly the Czech Republic and Romania. He played a leading role in numerous acquisitions, developed partnerships and helped structure debt and equity financing. He is an active director on many corporate boards.
