Introduction to Zeligsoft CE

This module builds on the introduction to component based development. The participant will use the concepts introduced in the previous module to build components and assemble components into systems. This module covers:

  • Physical platform models — processors, physical busses
  • Logical platform models — OS, threads, processes, logical busses
  • Layered applications — components, ports, interfaces
  • Configurations
  • Verification
  • Zeligsoft Deployment Aware Generation (DAG™) — generate and compile

Using Zeligsoft CE™, the participant will be able to construct a complete model from the hardware level up. Deployment models will also be included. The models will be verified to make sure software can be deployed correctly based on the available resources.

This is a hands-on Zeligsoft CE training course: the participant will build a visual model of a platform and an application from scratch. The model will be verified, generated, compiled and executed on the host workstation.

Course duration: 10 hours
Course prerequisites: Basic understanding of component based development
